This Douro white is a delightfully understated luxury. Crafted with Gouveio, Malvasia Fina and Rabigato, the winemaking is remarkably restrained, utilising granite presses that feel wonderfully old-school. The fermentation allows the Malvasias’ elegance to take its course, followed by a subtle polish in stainless steel. The result is a vibrant wine, with the Rabigato’s fresh fruit character playfully intertwined with the Malvasia Fina’s complexity – ideally paired with grilled fish or a refreshing gaspacho.
