Average yield of 5.5 t / ha. **Vinification**: - Blend: 50 % Tinta Roriz and 50 % Touriga Nacional. - Alcoholic fermentation with gentle maceration in small vats at a controlled temperature of 28 – 30 °C, using gravity only to move grapes, must and wine. - 18 months ageing in new French oak barrels. - Bottled in July 2021 with natural cork. **Viticultural Information** (2019 vintage): The year featured cooler temperatures and lower-than‑average rainfall. Winter recorded lower average temperatures, especially in January, with reduced precipitation except in November. Budding occurred in mid‑March, while April saw high rainfall. Flowering at the end of May benefited from the recorded average temperatures. In June and August, the average temperatures were lower, and a bit of rainfall was recorded in August. The harvest maintained mild temperatures and low rainfall, extending ripening and resulting in a long, calm harvest. Indeed, it was the longest harvest on the estate, with 50 days of picking, and the third consecutive vintage to begin in August.
