The grapes from the different varieties were harvested according to their ripeness and vinified separately. After a few hours of skin maceration, the must is clarified at 10 °C for 48 hours and then allowed to ferment in stainless steel at 15 °C. Following its usual short aging period of about six months, and to preserve its aromatic qualities, the wine is bottled.
