This Rosé from Dona Paterna immediately transports you to a blush of wild berries – a delightful hint of what’s to come. Crafted in Vinho Verde using Vinhão and, subtly, Alvarinho (you can almost taste the influence of the Alvarinho’s signature freshness), this wine is the result of Fernando Moura’s meticulous approach. Controlled fermentation at 16-18°C has created a beautiful balance, perfect with delicate white fish or, perhaps, a creamy Portuguese cheese for a truly authentic experience.
