Initially presenting a charming green stalk hue, it reveals a complex aroma – ripe fruit dancing with floral notes. On the palate, the lingering sweetness of nuts hints at a prolonged maturation, making it a fantastic partner for white fish or chicken, best enjoyed at a cool 12°C.
