This wine certainly seems to have woken up with a bang! A cold maceration really allowed the Merlot, Syrah, Aragonez and Pinot Noir to shine, spending 15 days in used French oak barrels. The result is a vibrant ruby wine, delivering on its promise of dark fruit and spice – guaranteed to stimulate the appetite. *Wine Enthusiast* awarded it 88 points, and rightly so – it’s a full-bodied, well-balanced wine with a remarkable finish, perfect alongside grilled red meats or a classic chicken stroganoff.
