This E.A. Rosé, hailing from the Alentejo, is the product of a deliberately slow and considered process, staying true to the house’s heritage. The gentle fermentation, held at a cool 16°C in stainless steel tanks, allows the characteristic Touriga Nacional and Syrah notes to fully blossom, complemented by the Castelão’s satisfying weight. Minimal filtration ensures the wine retains its freshness, and it's ideally paired with a grilled fish or a light summer salad.
