Born in the heart of the Lower Alentejo, this “El Resplandor” is a remarkably bold and surprising white wine, a product of intensely hot summers and significant temperature variations in the soil. The Rabo de Ovelha grapes, gently handled with extended skin contact during fermentation, explode with notes of tangerine and dried apricots, underpinned by a wonderfully persistent finish. It’s a wine that truly lives up to its name – a radiant intensity, best enjoyed with grilled fish or shellfish, no doubt!
