El Reventón is a mountain viticulture jewel born in the heart of the Sierra de Gredos, under the auspices of the young D.O. Cebreros. This red wine results from the collaboration of star figures such as Alejandro Vigil and Adrianna Catena, who have masterfully interpreted a unique setting: a narrow valley at 900 metres altitude with quartz slate and red clay soils. Hailing from old vines aged between 80 and 90 years, this pure Garnacha departs from the Mediterranean profile to deliver astounding freshness and fluidity.
