This Syrah, grown in the Fernando Pó vineyards of Palmela, delivers a seriously intense experience. The careful, temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks sets the stage for a lengthy maceration, really coaxing out the best of the fruit. Notably, it’s aged *on its fine lees* in French and American oak barrels – a small but significant detail – adding a touch of refinement without being overblown. It’s wonderfully smooth and lingers beautifully, and would pair perfectly with grilled red meats or perhaps roasted sea bass with olives.
