The Esporão company was born in Alentejo from an unconditional desire to produce the best wines. This motivation is the legacy behind all its wines and the main reason for expanding its range to other products and territories. The Esporão estate, located in the heart of Alentejo, in Reguengos de Monsaraz, offers unique agricultural conditions – large diurnal temperature swings, poor and varied soils, and extraordinary biodiversity that help produce in balance with the environment. With about 702 hectares of vineyards, olive groves, and other crops supported by the Biological Production Method, it now incorporates around 40 grape varieties, four olive varieties, orchards, and gardens.
