Quinta de Santa Teresa Grapes are received at the winery in 24 kg crates. Manual selection is followed by destemming, skin maceration, and gentle pneumatic pressing. The must was fermented in French oak barrels, where the wine was aged for approximately 12 months. Stabilization and bottling follow. This wine is suitable for Vegan consumers, as the entire winemaking process was carried out without the addition of any animal-derived products or other additives, apart from a small dose of sulphites.
