Description

The Esteira red wine is made from Touriga Nacional and Sousão grapes grown on old vines. It offers an intense aroma of dark fruit, spices and cocoa, and on the palate delivers a fruity, complex character with subtle balsamic and syrupy notes. Its soft, velvety tannins, coupled with an impressive freshness, sustain throughout the entire tasting. A Parceiros Na Criação is a wine and olive oil production and marketing company based in the Douro. PNC is the company’s abbreviation, derived from the initials of the couple’s surnames: Pratas & Nápoles de Carvalho (Joana Pratas and João Nápoles de Carvalho). Partners in life and also in wine, they founded this family business, a project that also involves their children: Maria Teresa and António Maria.
