Despite its strength, the tannins are impeccably smooth, thanks to the unique terroir of the Tejo region, promising a beautiful evolution with age. Absolutely drinkable now, but undoubtedly one to watch for further development. Pairs wonderfully with grilled red meats to really showcase the fruit’s intensity.
