This sparkler from Familia Hehn is a real surprise – it’s as if it’s aged a little longer than you’d expect. The mousse is incredibly creamy, with a lovely concentration that doesn't overshadow its finesse, and a persistent finish hinting at toasted hazelnut and honey, perhaps echoing the legends of the Douro Valley. Seriously delicious with some well-aged cheeses or a classic seafood paella.
