The friends Juan Muñoz, a vintner from Málaga, and Valencian winemaker Vicente Inat launched this new project of very special white wines in the Axarquía region of Málaga a few years ago. A truly distinctive wine, partly thanks to its aging in a century‑old foudre that had been used to mature brandy.
