Enologist Paulo Nunes, awarded ‘Wine Maker of the Year’, carefully allows the Tinto Cão, alongside Touriga Nacional and Touriga Francesa, to fully express its character through extended pre-fermentation maceration. The 12 months ageing in French oak adds a beautiful layer of complexity, making it an ideal partner for a perfectly grilled beef – a pairing that’s sure to leave a lasting impression.
