This Plexus from Adega Cooperativa do Cartaxo is a delightful journey back to the teijosa vine – a blend crafted in collaboration with Fernão Pires, Tália, and Boal de Alicante. Born from a cooperative with roots stretching back to 1954, it’s a toast to both tradition and a considerable production output of around 7 million litres a year. Seriously impressive, isn't it? It’s wonderfully suited to seafood, particularly grilled fish, and serves as a testament to the cooperative’s ongoing commitment to both innovation and quality.
