Gloria Reynolds The grapes were hand‑picked into small boxes in the vineyards of Herdade de Cima, which surround the winery. After full destemming and a rigorous selection, the grapes fermented in French oak casks (Seguin Moreau) at controlled temperatures, followed by a 24‑month ageing period in new French oak barrels from the same cooperage. Bottling was preceded by filtration through medium‑porosity earth filters, and the bottles were aged for at least another year before release. A deep ruby colour that impresses with its elegance and depth. Aromas of confined dark fruit, notes of bitter chocolate and spices highlight its complexity, which is complemented by a striking, fresh structure and long finish. The wine is highly distinctive and personalized, offering a pleasure and appreciation for discerning consumers. Its structure allows for a good evolution in the bottle.
