This Gonçalves Faria Branco 2015 comes from a blend of old and new vineyard parcels. Fermented in stainless steel tanks for three weeks, finishing with a traditional touch using 1000L Fuders, followed by malolactic fermentation within the same Fuders, with a prolonged 18-month aging period.”
