This Grandjó is clearly a wine that's had a very intense chat with its oak – a remarkably restrained expression. Primarily crafted with Viosinho, Moscatel and Malvasia Fina, the fermentation was meticulously controlled. Remarkably, there’s no oak influence, allowing the purity of these Douro grapes to truly shine through. A fantastic pairing would be with freshly grilled fish – a truly honest and invigorating white.
