Hasso Designation – DOC Douro Region – Cima-Corgo, Douro Vinification: 32% Viosinho, 30% Rabigato, 20% Códega do Larinho, 18% Cercial. Hand‑harvested for 18‑kg barrels, full de‑picking, light pressing followed by cold static settling. Fermentation in stainless‑steel tanks at controlled temperature. 12‑month fining on fine lees, 5 of those months involving bâtonnage. This wine is a tribute to Hasso, our extraordinary family dog and trusted companion in both adventures and quiet days. Made from traditional Douro grape varieties, the Hasso Branco displays a relaxed, fruity, and fresh character, making it the perfect companion for sharing special moments with family and friends. Stage: 12 months in stainless‑steel, 5 of which included bâtonnage. Bottling / release: September 2024.
