With a unique biodiversity, at the Aldeia de Cima estate, 20 hectares of vineyard are planted following the different contour lines of the slopes and valleys, across two distinct terroirs: one on the plateau at elevations between 289 and 300 meters, and another in the Serra do Mendro at elevations between 300 and 380 meters, in an unusual topography that allows the zoning of 24 micro‑terroirs. The wines are shaped in the vineyard, where the philosophy of seeking ancient knowledge, diversity, the mineral richness of the soils, and silky textures prevails. (illustrative image only)
