This Arinto, Antão Vaz and Verdelho from Herdade de Lisboa Infantes clearly underwent some serious consideration – a cool 10°C fermentation for 24 hours seems to have really made this wine ponder its choices. The painstaking hand-selection, facilitated by a rather deliberate sorting table, speaks volumes about the producer’s dedication. Expect distinct nuances from the individual grape fermentations, underpinned by the Verdelho’s characteristic structure. A perfect match for grilled fish and seafood – a timeless pairing, really.
