Elegant and full of freshness, the Herdade do Perú Private Collection white comes from hand‑picked grapes fermented in French oak barrels for 12 months. It shows a bright, greenish straw colour and aromas of white flowers, white plum, vanilla, spices and graphite. On the palate, the oak is well integrated with the fruit and the Arinto acidity, giving a long, dense finish full of character. The wines of Herdade do Perú are born in a unique territory, shaped by the Arrábida mountain range and rich, homogeneous soils. Produced in a carefully tended area, they reflect the strength of the vines and the deep bonds that unite the family with this land.
