Herdade do Rocim. From the same vineyard as JUPITER, it also boasts the “Vinha da Micaela.” More than 20 varieties cover just 3,600 m², delivering the most classic expression of Vidigueira’s territory and terroir. Harvested manually on 10 September 2018, the grapes were carefully selected “bunch‑by‑bunch” on a vibratory picker. Fermentation took place in traditional tanks for 13 days. The wine then aged for six months in a tank with skin contact, followed by 24 months in a 500‑L French oak barrel, and an additional six months in bottle before release to market. Awards: 97/100 Decanter.
