Characterised by franco clay and sandy soils, the estate focuses on producing high‑quality grapes. The Rocim winery, a key element of the project, blends wine production with the aesthetic appeal of its architecture, serving as a marketing and promotional asset that enhances the region’s reputation, while currently launching new projects that expand the business into other viticultural areas.
