Between Vidigueira and Cuba, in the Lower Alentejo, the Herdade do Rocim spans about 70 hectares of vineyards, with 53 hectares planted with red varieties and the remaining 17 hectares with white varieties. Characterised by a mix of silty, clayey and sandy soils, the estate’s guidelines aim at producing grapes of high quality. The wine cellar, a cornerstone of the project, combines wine production with the aesthetic quality of its architecture, serving as a marketing and promotional element that enhances the region’s reputation.
