Made exclusively from the Alicante Bouschet grape, this wine was aged for 12 months in new French oak barrels. The harvest is hand‑picked during the moon’s most influential cycle, which is believed to affect the movement of sap in the vine. Grapes are manually selected upon arrival, and fermentation takes place in clay vats with intense maceration. Pairs well with game, sausages, cheeses, and red meats.
