Description

The Herdade dos Oliveiras red, made from Castelão and Trincadeira, spends 15 months partially aged in American oak barrels, achieving a balance of fruit, spice, and elegance. It shows a ruby colour with violet reflections. The aroma highlights ripe red fruits and subtle spice notes. On the palate it is soft and harmonious, finishing with an elegant note. The Herdade dos Oliveiras Family Vineyards, located in Estremoz in the heart of Alentejo, is dedicated to producing excellent wines. Spanning 20 hectares, the estate includes an old vine, a small classic olive grove, two streams, and a hill with stunning views. The vine, planted over 25 years ago, benefits from a loam‑clay‑sandy soil at 330 metres altitude, providing ideal viticultural conditions.
