Fermented on stainless steel lagars with careful temperature control, it develops a complex profile showcasing unexpected floral notes alongside a rather vibrant edge. The subsequent barrel aging – in French oak – adds toasted nuances that beautifully balance the rich fruit. A wine that’s earned a respectable 93 points, it’s perfect paired with game meats or earthy mushroom dishes.
