Casa Relvas is a family project that began in 1997 in São Miguel de Machede, Redondo, by Alexandre Relvas. It aims to continue the legacy of five generations, each with a deep passion for Alentejo and its authentic nature. Over the years, the family grew alongside the business, which now encompasses roughly 750 ha of native forest, 225 ha of olive groves and 350 ha of vineyards—all produced under integrated farming. With its three estates—Herdade de São Miguel, Herdade da Pimenta, and Herdade de São Miguel de Machede—Casa Relvas can produce about 6 million bottles of wine a year, 70 % of which are exported to more than 30 countries worldwide, delivering the best of Alentejo.
