Description

Héredias Vinho DOC Douro, produced from vineyards located in the municipality of Tabuaço, in the parish of Granjinha, along the right bank of the Távora River. The estate spans 30 hectares of vines, some plots over 100 years old, planted on predominantly loamy soils with some granite outcrops. The vines are situated at an altitude between 250 and 470 meters, enjoying warm summers and low annual rainfall. **Vinification:** Full destemming. Pellicular maceration for 24 hours, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at temperatures close to 20 °C. Gentle punch‑overstays are performed to achieve a balanced extraction of color and aromas.
