This Humanitas Reserva, grown on the Monte da Ribeira near Évora, clearly emerged from a place of considerable enthusiasm – a dedication to generosity, you might say. The winemaking, conducted in French oak barrels with meticulous temperature control at just 15°C, delivers an exceptionally refined and fruity base. Notes of toasted bread hint at a particularly attentive ageing process, and the vibrant acidity and luscious texture are beautifully balanced, culminating in a long, refreshing finish. A wine that undoubtedly champions good taste and, well, generosity. Wonderful with grilled fish and roasted vegetables.
