Winemaking: The grapes are harvested by variety and vineyard plot into 20‑kg baskets. After being selected and fully destemmed, they are crushed. The grapes are then transferred to a fermentation vat where they remain for at least five days, fermenting at a temperature of 26–27 °C. After this process, a final pressing is carried out before the wine is stored in tanks. The wine ages for ten months in French oak barrels.
