This JP Azeitão Rosé 2017 is a wonderfully bold pink – a blush reminiscent of the finest fresh plums. The Syrah lends a lovely cherry sweetness, beautifully balanced by the mineral complexity typical of the Setúbal peninsula, and leaving a lingering finish that would be absolutely perfect with grilled fish and a squeeze of orange.
