Kylie Minogue CÔTES DE PROVENCE The oldest wine region in France, draped in lavender, sunflowers, olive trees and vines. To the north of St. Tropez lies the picturesque Château Sainte Roseline, perfectly positioned on the Côte d’Azur, benefitting from a unique mineral profile thanks to its proximity to the coast, with the grape’s aromatic character enhanced by the slate and clay found in the soil. Winemaking: The grapes are gently pressed to ensure a smooth extraction. The must is then stabilized to produce a clear juice before fermentation. Temperatures are maintained at 15‑17 °C throughout the fermentation for about 12 days. Afterwards, the must is drained from the lees and cooled.
