La Danza del Viento Molino Quemado is a single‑plot red that distils the most mineral and deep essence of the municipality of San Martín de Valdeiglesias, near the Gredos mountains. More specifically, this wine comes from a very special plot with vines over 75 years old growing on granitic sand soils, characteristic of the region’s terroir. Made mainly from whole pomace and aged just over a year in barrels of various sizes, it is a complex, robust, and deeply mineral red with many red‑fruit notes on the nose. A fluid texture and a very elegant finish on the palate define this cult wine, hailed by leading critics.
