A monovarietal Xarello sourced from a vineyard planted almost 40 years ago, tended by Pep Mulet in the Natural Park of Olèrdola in Penedès. It undergoes six months of maturation in stainless‑steel tanks followed by nine months in bottle. On the palate it offers subtle berry and pastry nuances, unfolding into a round, well‑balanced mouthfeel.
