La Mimbrera, whose name derives from its vineyard of origin, is a red wine that carries a very special sentimental value, as it comes from the first plot that Tom Puyaubert acquired in Ábalos. The vineyard, almost 100 years old, is planted on clay‑limestone soil on a slope of the El Hoyo ravine—a Mediterranean setting bathed in long hours of sun and fringed by wild vegetation of thyme, rosemary and lavender. The wine is silky, bursting with pronounced notes of wild fruit and ending in a long, spicy finish.
