This Millahue rosé, nestled deep within the Valle del Cachapoal, is a bold statement. Built on a foundation of Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon, and aged for just a month in French oak barrels (a mere 11%, of course!), it delivers a surprisingly full-bodied wine with real complexity. The Mediterranean climate and that renowned granite terroir – said to lend the region’s wines a distinctive character – certainly contribute to this. Absolutely divine with grilled fish or smoked salmon – a pairing that’s reliably brilliant.
