Description

This Lagoalva, born from a tradition dating back to 1888 – when the Quinta da Lagoalva already impressed the judges at the Portuguese Exhibition of Industry – is a testament to the boldness of Pedro Pinhão and Luís Paulino. The result is a late-harvest wine that, true to their methods, resists stabilization, allowing a natural deposit to flourish in the bottle. The blend of Syrah, Arinto and Fernão Pires, nurtured by a privileged terroir, delivers a complex wine where the dialogue between “new world” influences and European traditions is revealed with every sip. Wonderful with grilled fish or white meat dishes.
