Description

Wine produced in the Douro Region, 100% Viosinho grape variety. It was aged in barrels for approximately six months, and presents a golden straw color that is bright and clear. Its aroma is fresh and highly complex, with balsamic nuances and hints of vanilla coming from the wood aging. On the palate it is rich and fresh, revealing tropical notes such as melon and pineapple, followed by a pleasant and persistent balsamic and buttery flavor. Lavradores de Feitoria is a project created in September 2000 that resulted from the union of 15 growers, owners of 18 estates distributed across the finest Douro terroirs, spanning the three sub‑regions. Today it comprises 48 shareholders, of whom 15 are grape producers, and 19 estates, which together cover 600 hectares of vineyards. Thus, Lavradores de Feitoria is a unique project of Douro associates who come together to share their knowledge and experiences, blending innovation and tradition. (Illustrative image only)
