The blend of Baga and Touriga Nacional spends a remarkable 10 days ageing in stainless steel tanks before a full 12 months maturing in 650-litre oak barrels. The result is a robust wine, brimming with character, and perfectly suited to pairing with grilled beef or, perhaps, a classic arroz de pato.”
