Manual harvest of Maçanita in 40‑kg crates. The bunches are treated individually, removing rotten and green grapes. Vinification: the tanks were pre‑cooled using a rudimentary system. The must from the press was pumped after 24 hours. Twenty‑five per cent of the must fermented in oak barrels for nine months, with “battônage” once a week. Allergen information: contains sulfites.
