The company Vinhos Justino Henriques e Filhos was founded in 1870 and is one of the largest wine producers in Madeira. In 1981, Sigfredo da Costa Campos bought the company from Companhia Vinicola da Madeira, later also acquiring the company's shares. Currently the company is owned by the French company La Martiniquaise, which has a major influence on exports to the French market. The bottling year may not match the image shown.
