Barbeito Over recent years, Ricardo Diogo has had the privilege of working on several projects with the Favila Vieira (Ribeiro Real) and Manuel Eugénio Fernandes (Seixal) families, continuing long friendships rooted in his grandfather and mother. He combined three wines to create this batch – Cercial, Verdelho and Malvasia – each symbolising the union of his families in preserving the history of Madeira wine. This blend of varieties results in a wine marked by extraordinary, unforgettable acidity. In November 2021, 618 bottles were bottled, all individually numbered.
