Initial aromas of ripe pear and peach are beautifully underscored by floral notes of orange blossom, hinting at a vineyard steeped in history. Hand-harvested in the first week of September, this stainless steel fermented white wine – maintained between 12 and 14°C – boasts a generous attack and impressive balance, placing it firmly among the classics. It’s a fantastic match with seafood or dishes featuring white meats.
