Magnum Vallado Tinto

Description

This Magnum Vallado is a real powerhouse from the Douro – it’s practically shouting “Earthy”! The ripe red berries are a touch intense, but beautifully balanced by incredibly smooth, enveloping tannins, largely thanks to the Tinta Roriz and Touriga Nacional. It’s a remarkably persistent wine, and would be absolutely stunning with a hearty wild boar roast and some earthy parsnip puree – a pairing that really showcases its strength and complexity.
