The grapes, meticulously hand-picked and gently macerated in stainless-steel vats with a robotic head, deliver a remarkably textured and complex foundation. The fermentation, carefully monitored at 25°C, beautifully highlights the Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, and Tinta Roriz, revealing vibrant notes of strawberry and raspberry alongside warming spices, all thanks to the extended barrel aging. This elegant wine boasts exceptionally smooth tannins and a refreshing finish, earning accolades from Decanter WW Awards (93/100) and Wine Enthusiast (86/100). It’s ideally suited to accompany delicate poultry, creamy cheeses, or a light salad – and frankly, deserves to be enjoyed with good company.
